Hong Kong: Sham Shui Po - Dim Sum

Our Delicious dim sum experience after taking pictures of the market in Sham Shui Po. We sat at a table with 5 old Chinese men who ate there everyday. It reminded me of the Chinese version of the Mecca Cafe in Dallas where my Grandfather used to go every morning. It had the same feel as Mecca and the patrons obviously had a relationship with the servers. Its a small world. Part of the Lunar New Year tradition includes gifts of money in sealed red envelopes to family and friends. All of the men had envelopes for the wait staff. It was a very cool thing to see.
